Personal Data Information Notice
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This notice explains how personal data may be handled when you contact Swiss Psikoloji through its website, in connection with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This English text is for information; the Turkish notice is the primary local-language version.
1. Data controller and contact
For contact requests made in connection with services presented under the Swiss Psikoloji name, the data controller is İsmail Horasan. Address: HANN PLAZA, Yahyakaptan Mahallesi, Şehit Ergün Köncü Sokak, No: 53, Daire: 8, İzmit / Kocaeli, Türkiye. Phone: +90 532 746 66 34.
2. Data and collection method
The contact form may include your name, phone number, area of interest, optional preferred date/time, and any message you choose to write. Form entries are not sent to a Swiss Psikoloji server or stored in a website database. The page prepares a WhatsApp message draft for you to review and send yourself. If you send it, WhatsApp/Meta may process the message separately.
The site may store your language preference in your browser’s local storage. If the embedded map is loaded, third-party services such as Google Maps may process technical and connection data.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, discuss suitable communication or session options, provide initial information about requested services, and meet legal obligations. The applicable legal ground is assessed under Article 5 of KVKK according to the specific processing. Where separate explicit consent is legally required, it must be obtained separately and appropriately.
4. Third-party services and transfers
If you choose to send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp/Meta processes it under its own terms and privacy notices. Map content may be loaded from Google Maps. Use of these services may disclose technical data to those providers and, depending on their infrastructure, may involve transfers abroad. Please review the providers’ current privacy information before sending a message.
5. Retention and security
The website does not store contact-form submissions on its own server. Messages you send through WhatsApp may remain on your device and the provider’s systems under that provider’s practices. Any separate contact records retained by Swiss Psikoloji should be limited to what is necessary and applicable statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
6. Sensitive information
Please do not submit detailed medical histories, diagnoses, treatment details, or other sensitive personal data through the form. Do not include health information that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry. This form is not an emergency or crisis-response channel.
7. Your rights
Subject to Article 11 of KVKK, you may have rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask about purposes, seek correction or deletion where applicable, and exercise other rights provided by law. Submit requests in a verifiable form and in accordance with the legally prescribed procedure to the postal address above. Requests are handled under KVKK and applicable legislation.
